Hi Tiffany,

We closely reviewed our HR information and position scales because we wanted to ensure a position that included data collection and analysis would receive decent pay. We landed on the position and title of Field Education Program Analyst which includes data collection for field ed,  accreditation and other programming but also covers field ed admin responsibilities such as our placement software, event planning, tech support etc. It is working well for us and I think because the position is paid at a higher rate than an admin we are able to create a sustainable role.
