We're conducting a research study focused on the experiences of students navigating ADEI values in practicum. Could you please share the information below with BSW and MSW students?
We invite you to participate in a research study being conducted at Winona State University, "Social Work Student Experiences Navigating ADEI Values in Practicum." This study is led by Emma Fuhrman, MSW, LICSW, as principal investigator and Carolyn Mueller, DSW, LICSW; Mary Nienow, PhD; and MSW student, Hannah Ose as co-principal investigators.
The purpose of this study is to help social work educators understand how social work practicum students navigate ADEI value conflicts at their practicum agencies. We hope to learn how practicum agencies do or do not act on ADEI values, and support ADEI initiatives, in addition to how social work students are prepared to address ADEI conflicts with their practicum site. The survey is online and will take about 30 minutes to complete. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Participation is completely voluntary and anonymous. You may decide to stop participating or withdraw from the study at any time. This study has been reviewed by the Winona State IRB 2370946-1.
