Field Directors

Hi all,

We are an advanced generalist MSW program and I'm updating our documents to reflect the 2022 EPAS.  I'm wondering if anyone can share either sample learning contracts or lists of activities for the advanced year, specifically with the new Advanced Generalist practice behaviors. They are different than the foundation year and I want to make sure I'm meeting the standard when presenting them to our students.

Hi, Sara. We are just starting our MSW (we have had a BSW program for many years already).  Because the specific practice behaviors for each competency will vary based on what your program developed, I would think that many learning activities would need to be aligned with those. That said, are you asking for ideas related to clinical practice?
