Field Directors

Hello,

We use IPT for our practicum database. I've been trying to communicate with them for about three months with no response. Has anyone else had this issue? I've been using the support@alceasoftware.com  email address.  Any tips or guidance?

I have had similar challenges at times in the past and found a phone number on our invoice: 801-372-0133.  We had more success getting in touch that way when email was not being responded to.
