    MSW Program Leaders: Share Your Insights on ADEI and Student Development!

    I am conducting a dissertation study, Equity by Design: ADEI and Student Development in Social Work Education, to examine how MSW programs conceptualize and implement student development in the implicit curriculum, with attention to anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion (ADEI) principles.

    • Time commitment: ~20-30 minutes

    • Participation: Anonymous and voluntary; you may skip questions or withdraw anytime

    • Deadline: 08/01/2026

    Your responses will inform research reports, conference presentations, and peer-reviewed publications. Individual participants and programs will remain confidential. Optional follow-up opportunities include participation in an interview and/or sharing accreditation self-study materials. Follow-up participation is optional and requires a separate opt-in form.
