That's a great problem to have, Nancy! We are 100% online and relatively new (about four years old). Our program creators surveyed other programs before opening, which is how we came up with the cap of eight. It just makes sense to keep this number low. Hopefully, we'll get some other responses about this. Thank you!

Hello Leigh Ann!
I am also interested in your Survey!
I am at Southwest Minnesota State University, our online program is growing exponentially more than we could have imagined.
I would very much enjoy collaborating with other Directors of Field Education who have larger programs, or who's programs have grown in the past couple years. I came to this new position at SMSU a year and 3 months ago, and we have almost doubled in student enrollment since then.

Hello, everyone! I want to survey other programs to see how many students are allowed in your field seminar classes. We had ours capped at eight, but we have had to raise this to ten due to some university financial issues. The director and I STRONGLY agree that this cap should not be raised again.
Thanks for sharing!
