We have no funding for something like Tevara, so our IT department is using a software these purchased called Kuali for our various forms and for building a database of agencies. We have used google forms for practicum applications in the past and the sheets application then helped us track data too. 

None of this is as helpful as something like Tevara, but it works :)

We have been using Google Drive the last 2 or 3 years. A Google Sheet is created for each student intern that is accessible to the Field Liaison, the student, and the student's Field Instructor (site supervisor). The Sheet has multiple tabs - a "landing page" with everyone's information on it, the Learning Contract (which has a mid-term and final evaluation built in it), then month 1 time sheet (which automatically sums up the student's hours weekly and monthly), and then a tab for month 1 supervision logs. There are signature lines for each supervision log, e.g., and "electronic" signature is added (like a jpeg copy of the person's signature). 

These have been okay to use. The main issue is securing Google Drive, which isn't very secure. 

We're going to try IPT this fall (we raise funds by hosting CEU events). It's not ideal, but with only about 50 students per year in field, we can't justify spending $10,000 or more a year on software.
