Morning!
We do a combination of a few things, but it is a difficult task to collect good information. At the end of the first semester we meet with all the field professors for 30 minutes to review all the placements. Typically we do this over winter break. We also have the professors fill out site visit forms for us in the 1st semester.
During the second semester we have the professors and students complete a quality survey. The last thing we do is when we meet with students for field advising we always start with asking them how the previous internship was. Honestly, that conversation usually provides us with the best information.
We then house all this information in Sonia.
