The University of the Virgin Islands Social Work Program is seeking several External Field Practicum Supervisors for the 2026–2027 academic year to provide weekly supervision to our BSW and MSW social work students during their field practicum placements. I'm sorry, but we're unable to offer compensation at this time.
This is an excellent opportunity to mentor and support the next generation of social workers while contributing to the professional development of future practitioners. External Field Practicum Supervisors provide a minimum of one hour of supervision per week to students placed at agencies that do not have an MSW social worker available to fulfill this role.
