I have a few questions about how you navigate employment-based positions for field education and any policies you have in place. Do you have any policies with your university that specify the distinction between employment supervision and field ed supervision? It is a really fine line between the 2 and I have not been able to find any verbiage to separate the 2 in any policies that I have read.
Another question I have regarding employment-based placements is whether your university has any policies or guidelines for change in employment, unemployment, etc. If the student loses their job or finds a new job. Do you have policies in place to specifically guide you in a scenario like this?
