Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, Minnesota is hiring a full-time, 12-month Director of Field Education. This position is based on the SMSU campus in Marshall. The Director of Field Education will provide leadership and implement all facets of the field education program according to CSWE standards. The SMSU Social Work Program is a fast growing program with on campus and online program options with students from around the country. The Director of Field Education will need a Master's Degree in Social Work with at least two years post MSW experience and be able to be licensed in the State of Minnesota. Previous experience in social work field education is preferred.
