These bi-annual forums will provide an opportunity for field faculty and staff nationwide to connect and engage in virtual peer support, consultation, and education around pressing issues in field education.

TOPIC: Field Supervision: Strategies for Recruiting, Training and Maintaining
A guest panel of Field Directors will address strategies their programs have implemented to recruit field supervisors, as well as, strategies in retaining them. The panel will also share different ways of orientation of supervisors and ongoing support provided through trainings, liaison visits, technology and other creative ways to engage field supervisors. The panel members will also reflect on the unique challenges for various size programs and on campus and online formats. There will be a panel discussion with COFE members and an opportunity for small group breakout sessions at the end of the panel discussions.
