Supportive Strategies for Managing Field Concerns
In responding to the feedback from the CSWE Field Director Institute, the focus of the first hot topics for 2025 will be developing strategies, policies, and procedures to address student and/or agency field concerns. The seminar will provide a review of the performance processes for a few programs, as well as provide tools, examples, and resources. We know how important it is for programs to have a comprehensive and strength-based process to best support students and agencies and hope you can join us!
