Hello,

Has anyone experienced a requirement to have an agreement between your program and another program within your university to place students? For example, an agreement between social work and your university health services. And if you have, could you please share what language you agreed upon? Our general counsel has not wanted to create such a document since the university won't sue itself, however, I have programs chairs and two-year college deans who want something written out.

Hi Robin, we do not require Affiliation Agreements for placements within Ohio State University (medical center, student affairs, etc.). Up to this point, we have not had any issues with placements in these settings due to a lack of AA. Let me know if you have remaining questions.
