Dear Field Education Colleagues,
You were previously invited to participate in an important research study regarding disability and disability-competent care in social work field education. The information gained will be used to better understand how to create meaningful field placements within the field of disability; accommodate students with disabilities in field education; and, support field instructors and liaisons who themselves have disabilities.
Many thanks if you have already participated. If you have not, we would be most grateful if you took a few minutes to do so now, as the survey will be closing in one week on June 25th! To learn more and/or participate in this study, please click here.
At the end of the survey, you will be asked if you wish to be entered into a raffle to win either a complete set of Binghamton University's Social Work Superheroes or a $50 Amazon gift card. Five winners will be selected in total.
This study is being conducted by a research team composed of faculty and students from Binghamton University. The Principal Investigator of this study is Dr. Jackie McGinley, PhD, LMSW; she can be contacted at jmcginle@binghamton.edu.
This study (#00002962) has been approved by the Binghamton University Institutional Review Board (attached). For information about your rights as a research participant, you may contact the Human Subjects Research Review office at 607-777-3818.
