Dr. Heather A. LaBarre is the Director of Field Education and an Assistant Professor at Kutztown University. Dr. LaBarre earned her PhD in Human Development with a specialization in Social Work from Marywood University. Dr. LaBarre obtained her Master of Social Work degree from Kutztown University. She has worked across all levels of clinical practice including individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, hospital social work, community-based services, research, policy, and program development.
