Responding to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The policies, programs, and institutional practices that facilitate the well-being of some creating barriers for others and results in inequalities in access to health and health promotion. These inequities were highlighted and exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. 

This slide deck can help teach the significance of racial and ethnic health disparities and inequities and promote an understanding of why social work and public health social work (PHSW) practitioners need to address health disparities and inequities. It will also,
