    Hi everyone, 

    I was wondering what other programs are doing in regard to virtual training hours for practicum students. Are other programs capping off how many training hours students can do from home?

    Hi there!
    We do it on a case-by-case basis depending on the placement because some agencies have their own requirements as far trainings. We do have a placement that requires the CITI training prior to starting, so we give students we place there 5 hours for that. This semester we have a pair of students presenting at a virtual SW conference that is also giving CEU's to participants. We are giving those two students 5 hours for that (1 hour per CEU).

    This is in regard to our BSW students. Our MSW program may do it differently.
