    Hi all!

    I am wondering if there are any folks who would be willing to connect via Zoom to share with me the process your office uses for having students select their own field placement. Currently, we match/assign all students based on a submitted application. With our size (appx 650 students in field each semester--and students enter at every semester) I am looking for alternatives.
