I am writing to invite you to participate in a research study, "Under Pressure: A Case Study of Social Work Educators Navigating the Anti-DEI Climate in Post-Secondary Education".
The goal of this study is to explore how faculty members are responding to the evolving higher education policy climate, particularly within the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)-accredited social work programs.
Participation will involve a 45–60-minute interview conducted via Zoom. All responses will be anonymized, and pseudonyms will be used to ensure confidentiality. Participation in this study is voluntary and there is not monetary compensation.
