    Good evening,

    I am excited to join this community and connect with others for guidance and support regarding field education resources.

    I am a new instructor and practicum coordinator for the Social Work program at Mississippi State University in Meridian. After retiring from healthcare with 25 years of experience, I followed my passion and transitioned into teaching.

    This is my second semester as an instructor, and I will be conducting my first field instructor training and student orientation on field education.

    I recently attended the CSWE conference in Kansas City and was on the waiting list to attend the Field Education Institute but was unable to do so as it was full.

    If anyone is willing to share resources or materials, particularly on topics to cover in a student orientation for field education and field instructor training, I would greatly appreciate your insights.
