We have been using IPT since 2014 but are in the process of exploring other options to potentially make a change. We've only ever had contact with one person there, so from my experience, support has been very limited and slow to respond. It has met our basic needs, but is a bit clunky and not all that intuitive or user friendly. The pro is that it is very affordable compared to other options, so if you don't need a lot of bells and whistles and haven't had any software in place, it could be a decent option.
