    Hi everyone,

    I'm curious how programs are approaching international field placements under CSWE EPAS. If your program offers them, how do you handle supervision, faculty liaison oversight, and competency evaluation from a distance?

    I'd also love to hear about the strengths you've seen (e.g., global perspective, cultural humility, professional growth) and the challenges (e.g., supervision logistics, risk management, equity/access, documentation for accreditation).

    If your program decided not to offer international placements, what drove that decision?

    We are in the process of opening our program to international students.  As part of the substantive change process, we are being asked similar questions.  We were also asked to have significant safety measures in our plan.  I would appreciate hearing what others have implemented.
