Hello!
I am curious if any of you have had difficulty communicating with Tevera. Recently, our staff have had many problems with the program, and the problems were on Tevera's end, not ours. Getting through to someone for help takes forever. Each time I have requested a "15-minute call," I am told that Tevera is unable to call me, but they can send me a video in response to my question. Wondering if this is a common response. Their site allows us to ask for a call, yet they refuse to call.
Second -- does anyone use another system, or is Tevera the only company that provides this service?
