Hello, 

I'm looking for what other programs are doing to evaluate student learning in field.  

1. Is anyone doing anything other than a Learning Contract?
2. How are you evaluating student learning for field? We are debating the following:
   1. Capstone Project that ties to their field practicum.
   2. Portfolio based on student's individualized Learning Contract.  Students will submit evidence for each competency and at least two of the practice behaviors.
   3. Open to other suggestions of what you are doing in your programs.
   4. Pros/cons of what you are currently doing?

We administer a comprehensive exam within a few weeks of students graduating with questions aligned with the learning competencies.  It serves the dual purpose of evaluation and preparation for the licensure exam.
