We are in the process of revision. Historically, we have a learning agreement that the site builds and evaluates competency based behaviors and activities. That grade accounts for 50% of the seminar grade. We also have class assignments that make up the other 50% and include journals, assessments, case presentations (for some cohorts), process recording and participation/discussion board threads.
