    Greetings,
I am happy to share that my research proposal has been officially approved by my committee and IRB. I have been authorized to begin data collection. It would mean a great deal if faculty could share the promotional flyer with students. Any help in disseminating the study would be greatly appreciated.
    Research Participants Needed!
You are invited to participate in a qualitative dissertation research study exploring the experiences of gay Latinx men in higher education, with a specific focus on subtle forms of bias or discrimination (sometimes called microaggressions) and how these experiences are perceived while in college.
    Purpose of the Study
The purpose of this study is to better understand the experiences of subtle forms of bias or discrimination encountered by gay Latinx men in higher education. How these subtle forms of bias or discrimination are perceived and how they may shape college experiences. Your participation will contribute to research that aims to elevate the voices of gay Latinx men and inform more inclusive practices in higher education.

    • Identify as a man

    • Are currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
    What Does Participation Involve?
    • First interview: One-on-one interview lasting approximately 60 minutes
