Field Directors

I'm curious to see if other BSW in-person programs do an end-of-year celebration? If so, what do you generally do?  I've been the field director for a couple of years and have had our last seminar be a time of discussions/games/food.  I would really like the time to be celebrating their success and processing the experience in a meaningful yet fun way.  I guess I'm asking for a fun game like way of doing this. I'd love to hear your ideas on what you do for the end of the year

Historically we held a celebration for graduating seniors during a final seminar time, but at one of the faculty members houses. We would return students essays from when they applied to the BSW program so they could see how their writing skills had progressed. Then we had them write down "advice for future students" which was shared with the following year's practicum students.

However, this year we added an MSW program which made holding it at a faculty house unrealistic. Instead we had our first program wide potluck, inviting all BSW, MSW and pre-social work students. We had them all share favorite memories of the program. We also used this as a time for our awards program and Phi Alpha induction. We gave out awards for social work scholar (research), social justice, and rising star for underclass students.
