It has come to my attention that some programs use Agency Guides to share information with Practicum Agencies.  My questions to the community:

1. How many of you use them?
2. Do you duplicate information in both the Practicum Manual and Agency Guide?
3. How do your agencies respond to the separate document?

Hi Karen, we have a Field Agency Information Guide that we review with all new agencies we are collaborating with. It has been a helpful resource to offer an overview to our program, roles, activities in field, site expectations, etc.

This is great! I have been wanting to do something like this for UTA. Does your program happen to have policies and procedures for agencies? Something that addresses  agency limitations for student safety and wellbeing.
