The Council on Practice Methods & Specializations (CPMS) is recruiting for a project that investigates field instructors' perceptions of social work competencies involved in client engagement & developing the working alliance.  The study was approved by Mercy College's Institutional Review Board in April 2023.   We are seeking participation from experienced field instructors to social work students, who have extensive knowledge on the subject matter.
