The AAMU Department of Social Work is pleased to invite you and your students to the 2nd Annual InnovateCW: Technology in Child Welfare Symposium, scheduled for Tuesday, April 21, 2026.
We invite you to join us on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. This year's theme, Artificial Intelligence and Its Impact on Children, Families, and Poverty, brings together practitioners, researchers, and educators to explore how emerging technologies are reshaping child welfare. Centered on "The Good, the Bad, and the Unknown," the symposium will examine both opportunities and challenges related to artificial intelligence, digital tools, and data systems, while fostering thoughtful dialogue on innovation, ethics, equity, and technology's impact on children, families, and poverty.
This event is free and fully virtual and will offer up to 5 CEUs at no cost.
