    Good evening from Mississippi! 
     I am in my first year as a field education director, and I was wondering if anyone had an evaluation you used to gain information about your performance in your role as field director? I was thinking of an evaluation for field instructors  and/or students to complete on how well I have performed in meeting their needs to see what areas I can improve in. Does anyone have an evaluation tool they use for this purpose?
