CSWE Government Relations (GR) is sharing the following engagement opportunity from the U.S. Department of State. CSWE GR is able to provide high-level context about this opportunity.
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is now accepting applications for their Pediatric Specialty Loan Repayment Program. This program is aimed to support the recruitment of clinicians trained to provide healthcare services to children and adolescents. This program will provide up to $100,000 in loan repayment to clinicians in exchange for 3 years of service in a health professional shortage area, medically underserved area, or providing care to a medically underserved population. If you receive an award, you must the full 3-yer term in a Pediatric Specialty LRP-approved facility. Licensed and certified master's level social workers (LSW or LCMSW) are eligible to apply.
Due Dates: Applications are being accepted through July 20, 2023, at 7:30 p.m. ET.
