    Posted Jul 26, 2023 13:52

    Hello all,

I hope the summer is treating everyone well!

Question:  Are any of you using Tevera for Field/Practicum Education?  If so, what are your thoughts about the software?  Also, how are you able to use the software with students who have accessibility needs?   Thanks so much...Karen

    Hello,

We have been using TEVERA for a year and really like it. Like anything new, it took a while to get used to it. I have gone through two electronic medical records onboarding and it reminds me of that process. But once you get used to it, it's easy and they provide great support.

We have been using Tevera now for about three years and really like it. As others have said, there is a bit of a learning curve. But that’s the same for pretty much any platform you use. I specifically like to report features and I run a lot of reports gathering data from any form that Tevera uses. Someone needs to learn the ins and outs of the program, so that when questions come up, they can be answered. But Tevera also provides support to faculty, staff, and students. I like the program much better than other ones with used.

    Hi Karen -

We have been using Tevera for 3 years and have experienced extensive challenges and obstacles to our work. I am happy to talk more if I can be helpful.

    Best-

I agree with the others who have posted. I have been using going on four years. I struggled but it is by far the best system we have used, The thing that would make it better would be for graduating students to continue using. Posting if they got their license, etc. That would help us gather data for grants that are written. All in all, it's a great system that helps us keep all of field in one place.
