We do not change Instructors (Liaison) per a request. This is a course so once assigned you are not reassigned. As the FD I work with the Liaison and the student to address the concerns.

Increasingly, we are receiving requests from students to change their field liaisons. In the past, we had not changed a liaison at student request; however, this was an informal policy.
In the present, a time of the consumer-student as well as students needing additional support, we would like to revisit this informal policy and consider a formal policy.
I am wondering if any of you have a written policy with regards to changing a field liaison.
