Hello NADD Colleagues,
I hope all is well as you make it through the Spring 2023 semester. I write to request that those of you who have not completed the NADD salary survey do so by the deadline of March 3, 2023. To my understanding, response rates are lower than they have been in the past, which will impact the outcome and generalization of the data collected.
There is no other survey dedicated to capturing such data for the social work profession. This cycle is really important because we have not had salary data on deans, directors, and chairs collected since 2019, prior to the Covid-19 pandemic. Speaking for myself, the NADD salary survey has been helpful in the past in my salary negotiations.
Completing to survey will only take a couple of minutes. Data from the survey will be presented at our upcoming Spring Conference in April in San Diego, CA.
As you know, Scott Ryan and Philip Osteen have volunteered to provide this important service to the profession. For those who have not completed the survey, I hope you all will consider doing so as soon as possible.
