The Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA) has released a resource providing behavioral healthcare workers with an overview of each National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment (NHSC) program. This resource provides details on each program type, disciplines eligible to apply, award amounts, and required service commitment times. Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) are eligible to apply for the NHSC Loan Repayment Program, the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Workforce Loan Repayment Program, and the Rural Community Loan Repayment Program. The application for all three loan repayment programs is now open through May 9th, 2024.
