I am excited to report that UNA is hiring another faculty member to assist with field duties. Historically there has only been 1 field director; however, with the recent addition of the MSW program, responsibilities have tripled. We have considered assigning one faculty to the BSW and one to the MSW; however, I would like to consider other models as well. For those of you in Universities with more than 1 field faculty, how do you distribute roles and responsibilities equitably? Thanks in advance for your feedback.
