    The Council on Practice Methods & Specializations (CPMS) is recruiting for a project that investigates field instructors' perceptions of social work competencies involved in client engagement & developing the working alliance.  The study was approved by Mercy College's Institutional Review Board in April 2023.   We are seeking participation from experienced field instructors to social work students, who have extensive knowledge on the subject matter.     

    Past and current field instructors who are interested and able to participate in a virtual focus group, please contact the chair of the CPMS, Raquel Warley, by June 30th via e-mail at rwarley@mercy.edu . Focus group sessions are about one hour and participants will receive a $25 gift card .
