I am on the editorial board for the Journal of Ethnic and Cultural Diversity in Social Work. The journal is planning a special issue entitled, The Future of Race, Ethnicity, and Culture in Social Work: Challenges and Opportunities. The submission due date has been extended to October 31, 2022.
Per the editor, Dr. Mo Yee Lee, "The spirit of this Special Issue is to create an intellectual space for us to imagine what the future of race, ethnicity and culture would look like in relation to the selected issues and problems, many of them might have already been identified by the Grand Challenges for Social Work (GCSW), and the opportunities that hold for social work practice, research, and education."
