I am a licensed clinical social worker and social work supervisor, and I maintain a small private practice in supervision and consultation with local non-profit organizations. I currently teach in both the MSW and DSW programs at Stephen F. Austin State University. My professional background and research interests include school social work, social work supervision and leadership, development of our signature pedagogy, and social work self-care. I wholeheartedly believe in self-care; my primary means of self-care are mindfulness, enjoying family and friends, and baking. I am looking forward to building collaborative relationships in the SPARK Community.
