Nikki Jones (she/her/hers)

Bio

Nikki Jones, DSW, MPA, LCSW, LMFT, currently serves an Assistant Professor and DSW Program Director at the School of Social Work, Spalding University. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses. She earned a Doctor of Social Work from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, master’s degrees from the University Louisville (MS in Social Work with a specialization in couple and family therapy) and the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga (public administration), and a bachelor’s degree from UT-Chattanooga (political science). Her main research and publication interests are repair/reparations and effective social work practices. She has provided direct services to couples and families in private practice and behavioral health settings.
