Preparing Future Practitioners to Address Substance Misuse: A Prac-Ed Faculty Development Institute

Join us on June 23 for a complimentary faculty development institute webinar. During this event, Social work program representatives will share three years of data detailing their experience implementing these educational resources. Schools of social work or social work programs can use these competency-based curriculum tools to enhance their coursework and to prepare the next generation of practitioners in delivering effective evidence-based substance use disorder prevention, treatment, and recovery services. This event and the compendium of resources are part of the CSWE Substance Use Disorder Expansion of Practitioner Education in Social Work initiative, made possible with funding from SAMHSA. The event will be recorded and made available on demand.
