Hello! Are there ever any situations where there can be an exception made for the educational background for a field instructor. I know this is a stretch, but...the field instructor has a Bachelor's degree in psychology. They have a MSW, but have only held it for one year. Thoughts on their ability to supervise a BSW student? This is for a student who lives in a rural area. I should add that I am not fond of external field instruction and I do not have a list of EFIs to use even if I was. Open to all feedback!
