Penny,
We've used a past version of EPAS practice behavior language which differentiated between foundation and advanced year skills and practices. The difference in activities we used to craft different learning outcomes for field instructors.

Thank you- I should have been more specific. For student and program outcomes, I'm being asked by administration to differentiate outcomes with more than foundational/generalist and advanced terminology. They feel that the outcomes need to be different. However, I've indicated competencies for the outcomes. How are others differentiating outcomes between the two?

Hi All,
I am working on drafting syllabi for our new MSW program. How do you differentiate between the first year (generalist) and the second year (concentration) year? I've been putting in Generalist and Advanced but I'm being told that doesn't differentiate enough??
Thank you in advance for your help.
