The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is holding a Virtual Seminar on Program Funding and Grants Administration on Monday, November 1 through Thursday, November 4. This seminar is free and open to the public and is designed for those that are new to the NIH grants process. This seminar will be excellent for social work researchers that are still in training or early-stage investigators that are interested in obtaining NIH funding. This webinar series will consist of informational events that include:
- Learning more about the grant process, policies, and programs through NIH;
- Interacting with NIH program officers, reviewers, and policy staff; and
- How to gather useful resources to share with colleagues
For those with more familiarity with NIH there is also an opportunity to "Meet the Experts" and set up one on one meetings with NIH program staff. Registration for the virtual seminar is now open.
